My philosophy is that I want to collect and store the minimal amount of your information needed to run my business here. If you choose to share it, I collect and store your email address so I can contact you. Your financial data isn’t stored by me and is only used to facilitate legitimate, agreed-upon transactions.

Some of your information may be stored in servers overseas.

I will use your email address to send you promotional materials or information about your purchases. Expect many emails from me and expect them to be selling you something. Withholding your valid email address can, in some cases, interfere with my ability to deliver the goods and services purchased – as such, using temporary emails is against my terms. By giving me your email address, you acknowledge that it is your best email address for me to contact you and you agree for me to use it in the manner described here.

I may send emails as an affiliate promoting someone else’s offers. In any and all cases, I don’t sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose your email address to people outside Antipater. You entrusted it to me, so with me it shall stay.

You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time. Also, you can also ask to have your information deleted from my records at any time.

Refund Policy

Australia has some of the best consumer protection laws on the planet. I’d operate under them even if I didn’t have to. I respect your time and money enough to not want anything less.

What I deliver to you will be a quality product that matches the description. Sometimes things go wrong – when that happens, reach out to me and I’ll do what I can to resolve it. If I can’t deliver what you paid for, then I’ll refund your money.

I don’t offer refunds to anyone who changes their mind, forgets to show up to events or realises they must put effort in to get results. Since you cannot return digital goods or time slots in my booking system, all payments are final.
