The same behaviour can be brilliant or moronic, based on the driver behind it.
That’s how it is with men who’ve opted out of relationships. MGTOW can either be wise or foolish.
It’s wise if you use the time to focus on your purpose.
It’s foolish if you just think dating is too hard or too risky.
The common one I hear is that there are just no good, feminine, virtuous women around. Which can’t be true. They might be rarer than you’d like, but you don’t see any out there? I live in a town of woke bureaucrats. It’s probably the most genderless place on the continent. Still, I see beautiful, feminine women out and about.
You can’t see what you’re in. It’s like the old joke about fish not knowing what water is. You can’t see something you’ve immersed yourself in. You can only spot the water by its absence.
And it’s the same with femininity.
If you can’t see any around you, maybe that’s because you’re so feminine yourself.
The masculine/feminine polarity creates sparks. If you’re in your masculine mode, then femininity should glow to you.
You might feel an irrational compulsion towards a woman like that.
Or an irrational dislike.
I’ve experienced both about five or six times over the last two weeks.
Sometimes, it glows just faintly enough for you to appreciate it. The most feminine woman at my gym – amidst a sea of skinniness ad perkiness – is stocky, taller than I am and broad-shoulders. Her attitude is unmistakable though. All it takes is for her to say, “Oh no, I struggle with situps” to hear the maiden in her voice.
Most truly feminine women are conventionally beautiful. But if you only look at the hottest babes, then you’re missing out on a lot of feminine energy.
It’s nice and soothing.
Above all, it’s obvious.
If you look around and can’t see any feminine woman, it’s because that’s you.
Now, if you see femininity in the world, desire it but know you can’t bring a wife into your battles, then that’s another story. You may be right or you may be wrong, but at least you can see what’s around you.
Every MGTOWer sulking about how modern women are nothing but ungrateful 304s needs to look past their own issues. Yeah, I get it, the contemporary dating scene is bleak – much bleaker than it was a few generations ago. And with career and learning opportunities better than ever, you might decide to focus on those instead.
But to look around and see no feminine women?
That’s on you, soldier.
On the topic of femininity…
A curious quirk of feminine thinkers is to mimic the ideas, beliefs and opinions of those around them. Then they assume that everyone, deep down, thinks that way too.
Either that or they’re idiots.
If that sounds irrational, remember that both science and religion work the same way. I only know the mass of an electron and that Christ is King through mimicry.
The feminine likes to build nests in the safety of accepted wisdom, while the masculine seeks death or truth in the frontiers of understanding.
Neither is superior to the other. A healthy civilisation needs both in abundance.
But if you want to level up your masculine side, this is a simple way to do it.
Stop assuming you know the truth.
Stop assuming you know what others think and believe.
