They’re wrong, of course.
I once encountered a woman who should have been irresistible. She spoke with a calm, submissive softness that’s rare in the West these days. She was pretty enough, helpful and eager to serve.
No clue if she was single, dating someone, married, straight, gay or whatever. It never occurred to me to try to find out, given how unappealing she was.
Some guys would disagree with me, of course. There’s someone out there for everyone.
But the higher quality the man is, the less likely he’d be to like her.
Yes, even though she was submissive.
There’s submissive and there’s submissive.
One is a formidable feminine virtue and the other is a tedious, drama-filled nightmare.
We can often, but not always, spot the difference. And it’s the difference between a great live and an exhausting one.
