Conversational hypnosis relies on one core skill:
Being able to hypnotise someone with a conversation.
Yeah, you probably already knew that. Or had guessed as much.
It’s right there in the name.
But if you’ve never done it before… really think about what that means. A full hypnotic process, with just ordinary words?
And if you have done it before, you know it takes a shift.
Hypnotising someone well takes many different skills.
Doing it covertly adds even more.
It’s a long list of specific tools, attitudes, things to watch for, precise techniques, conditions, variables…
All of which are essential.
And all of which are easier when you get the foundations right.
Now, the typical way to master the foundations is to do the drills. Practice. Apply conversational hypnosis. Do this for days, for months, for decades. Some of the core skills, you’ll know from Day One. Those you’ll refine.
Others will only emerge with endless practice. These are the signs of unconscious competence – things experts do but don’t realise they do.
Give me two hours and I’ll give you mastery of them.
Yeah, to get really good, you’ll still need to learn the techniques and stuff. But that’ll come much easier once you have this in your bones.
In the meantime, you’ll do things that’ll impress even experts in conversational hypnosis. You’ll seem like a prodigy. And for folks who don’t know much about this? Well, I’m sure you know what that’ll be like for them when you can use the full power of hypnosis inside a casual conversation.
You can get that in two years of dedicated study and application.
Or two hours.
I know what I’d choose.
